Ais kacang from hawkers at the top of Penang Hill. I'm pretty open minded food-wise, but ais kacang was a weird interplay of textures and tastes. Shaved ice, syrup, evaporated milk, gelatinous slivers, chocolate chip ice cream, and even something suspicious called sea coconut were ok. The little beans didn't bother me too much. But the creamed corn threw me for a loop. That's a hard one to get used to in a dessert.
